Historic Cellar

The property boasts a historic wine cellar, dating back to 1741, where it is possible to relive the old wine production methods. The granite wine presses, used for the traditional grape stomping, and the original presses are living testimonies of this artisanal process. Additionally, in this cellar rest carefully selected French oak barrels, where the family ages their wines, preserving the tradition and unique character of each harvest. This authentic environment not only keeps the winemaking heritage of the region alive but also imparts a refinement to the wines that only time and respect for ancestral techniques can provide.
